this week i’ll be bottling a wheat beer and cream ale. then i’ll be brewing a peach pale ale and maybe trying to do a root beer beer.
i have a $90 parking spot. now if only i got the money instead of the towing company. they were trying to say they had been there only 5 minutes but didn’t realize it takes the truck about 15 minutes just to get here and a couple more to hook your car up.
I need ways to fuck with cars that are parking in front of my assigned parking spot next to 6 No Parking signs. Especially when there are visitor spaces available.
roommate and I are making a quilt for a friends baby. first one and im doing most of the sewing. hoping i dont fuck it up too bad
Tobias is sent to break into Maggie’s house to steal evidence, only to discover that she’s not blind.
my mom filled in for a girl who didn’t show up yesterday for softball. she’s never played before(maybe played catch with my brother and i when we were little) and went 2-2. she even tripped running to second and was still able to get to there. doing all this with loaned shoes and nails.

Lagunitas Imperial Red Ale – Lagunitas Brewing Co., Petaluma, CA.
ABV: 7.8%
Style: American Amber Ale.
Seasonality: Rotating.
Drank: 12oz. bottle, pint glass.
Pour: Clear, deep amber. Medium head, and leaves little lacing.
Aroma: Floral hops, with some sweetness.
Taste: Big, bitter hop flavor, pine and citrus notes, with a nice crystal malt finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and dry.
Very, very good. All the flavors sort of hit your palate all at once, and fade somewhat quickly. I like this because it makes for a super drinkable beer. Definitely doesn’t taste like a 7.8%-er.
Food pairing: grilled beef, hard and salty cheeses.
